Flooring

Our standard range includes carpets in bedrooms and living area, and choice of hardboard or tiles in common areas. Bathrooms get porcelain tiles, and external tiles are used in porch and alfresco (if included in design).

Carpet

Carpets are a great choice for almost any room within a home due to its warm, comforting and quiet qualities. We work with an industry leader in Australia in this regard - Carpet Call. They have a wide range of carpets for you to choose from. Our builder's range includes the Rumble, Esperance and Laguna Keys range from Carpet Call. You are also able to select from the wider range from upgrades during your visit to their outlet. If your build includes carpets, you will be getting a call from them to schedule an appointment.

Tiles (Builder's Range and Upgrades)

We work with Beaumont Tiles, and if your design includes tiles, you will be getting a call from them to schedule an appointment. The consultant from Beaumont Tiles will take you through their offerings. The Silver Range they offer is our Builder's Range. However, if you choose tiles beyond that range, they will be able to advise you on the spot about the additional costs for your project.

Kitchen

Timpelle Kitchens is a well-known name for kitchens. With over 35 years' of experience, they are our go-to place when it comes to kitchens big and small, simple to fancy or elegant.

They work across both residential and commercial projects and our clients benefit by visiting their showrooms. The extremely helpful team at Timpelle Kitchen will guide you through the whole process of selection of all the different elements. It is an exciting and educational visit for us each time we go as well.

We'll set up an appointment for you to go ahead and embark on this exciting journey. A Timpelle Kitchen representative will be getting in touch with you, and she may ask you to do a bit of homework prior to the actual appointment.

Appliances

We work with Harvey Norman Commercial to source the appliances needed in our builds. They offer an extensive selection of quality brand named products from leading major suppliers who support their products ensuring excellent quality and after-sales service.

We will be organising an appointment for you to go and visit them if you'd like to upgrade any of the appliances. Our standard range includes the following:

Paint

All our projects benefit from the quality paint from Dulux. Our standard range includes their Dulux Professional range.

• Three (3) coat internal paint system using Dulux Professional paints internally – 2 colours allowed (ie 1 colour to walls & 1 colour to timberwork) to paint manufacturers standard specifications

• Two (2) coats to the ceiling using Dulux Professional ceiling white paint to paint manufacturer’s standard specifications

• Externally, two (2) coat external paint system to external trim and doors using Dulux paints to paint manufacturers standard specifications

We will be organising an appointment for you to go and visit a Dulux store. The expert team over there will be helping you choose the right colours for your walls, doors, architraves, ceilings, etc.

Blinds

Our standard packages do not include blinds. However, if you'd like them to be included, kindly choose the colour from below, and let us know. We work with Macarthur Blinds & Shutters for the delivery of well-constructed blinds. The following fabrics can be used for both roller and vertical blinds.
